Quality Policy
In March 2018, we implemented FSSC 22000 with the intention of upgrading our current ISO 20002005 system to a more focused. coherent, and integrated Food Safety Management System. Though time-consuming and expensive, we believe this is a worthwhile investment for the future as the FSSC 22000 system integrates the principles of HACCP with the application Steps developed by the Codex Alimentariu5 Commission.
Our hope is that once implemented company-wide, the FSSC 22000 system will provide us with the means to determine and control all identified hazards through the participation of all internal departments and external suppliers & customers.

The incorporation Of the bakery business means delicious Chinese food & sizzlers are served innovatively, along with a wide selection of cakes & savouries, quickly helping the brand gain a loyal following.
1995
Its range Of Mini Pizzas and Nougat Cakes are an instant hit, With supplies to all major schools and events in the community virtually guaranteed. sowing the seeds for a more significant bakery business in the years to come.
2014
Operations at the new facility Officially Start With the HACCP Certification, securing the brand large orders including the bakery for the IPL Cricket matches held in Dubai that year. They also officially launch two more ventures - G's Bakery & Deli along with G's Bakeshop & cafe
2016
GBC once again comes into the spotlight by becoming the bakery company of choice, for the Official Visit of India's prime Minister. Mr. Narendra Modi to Dubai. The event goes on to cement its place in terms of capability to manage large format events with an excess of 15,000 people in attendance.
2017
GBC strengthens its manufacturing facility by adding two new Rotary Ovens. Volumetric Dividers. Conical Rounders, and other high-tech machines imported from Europe, increasing its production capacities to handle exports.
2018
GBC adds another feather to its cap with the achievement of the FSSC 22000 Certification. This quality certification now Serves as an assurance to its several thousand customers that stringent food safety standards are in place, and that they can be guaranteed of the highest quality of food supplies for themselves or their clients.
